Still crap. Been crap ever since iOS 8 update

Looks like the app developers would revamp this app.
Ever since IOS 8 updated the rear camera will not look any different than the default camera using this app.
Will actually brighten up on the screen but after you snap a picture and view it it is the same look as the default camera.
Wasting your time with this app.
It use to work but developers are not doing anything to correct the problem.
I have an iPhone 6plus on iOS 10 and the app is useless.
As I said it has been this way since iOS 8.
NightCap Pro is the way to go.
It does exactly what it says it will do.
Apple take the Night Mode app down.
People are getting ripped.
